Late Afternoon Bikeway

I noticed some nice late afternoon clouds gathering and walked down by the river.  Soon, the warmth of the late afternoon sun added to the scene.  Curiously, at this time two firemen from up above shouted down and asked if I had seen anything strange as people had reported seeing a  “serpent” in the water.
